GIN CLASSICS

From the classic English Negroni to the pre-prohibition Clover Club to the American Martini.

These are a few of my favorites, which also happen to be some of the most famous cocktails of all time.

The proper union of gin and vermouth is a great and sudden glory;

it is one of the happiest marriages on earth,

and one of the shortest lived.
