Cocktails 101: Master the Basics + Q&A
Introduction into cocktails and technique. 60 min class + 30 min Q&A
Service Description
Using classic cocktails as our starting point, we will explore how most cocktails are just a variation of these classics. We'll experiment with the balance of the cocktails by making multiple versions with slight variations. This will allow you to understand the taste more and help you identify what you do or do not like in a particular recipe. If you don't want to purchase all this liquor, you can still take the course, and just watch/take notes while we make the cocktails you don't have the liquor for. On the bright side, this course will give you a great start on stocking your home bar with the essentials! Please include a friend or two! We will be making lots of drinks, having help tasting them will be advantageous. PAYMENT IS PER HOUSEHOLD, NOT PER PERSON. You can cram as many people as you want into your kitchen to watch and participate (but like, don't. Because Covid). HOW IT WORKS: After registering, you will get a zoom link for the class.
